#ManCrushMonday Conrad Veidt as Hassert Siedel in "Above Suspicion" (1943)

Veidt is truly in top form in his last film as the wry and charming Count Hassert Siedel, "guide" to the recently married accidental spies Richard and Frances Myles. The British secret service is on the hunt for a scientist who has developed a countermeasure against a Nazi commissioned magnetic sea mine commissioned, but no one can find him. Already entrenched in the work, Siedel becomes one of the Myles's more reliable and consistent contacts when he first instructs them to check into a guest house run by another associate. He saves the mostly clueless spies numerous times from old family friends and Nazis alike, but enjoys himself with a little salsa dancing.
